Taylor Swift Responds to Fans Annoyed by Her Attendance at Chiefs Games

Taylor Swift's appearance at Kansas City Chiefs games this season was an unexpected development.

Swift, who is typically discreet about her relationship, relished the opportunity to show her support for her boyfriend, tight end Travis Kelce.

The 12-time Grammy winner, who was selected Time's Person of the Year in 2023, revealed what it's actually like to watch Chiefs games.

"I'm going to see him do what he loves, we're showing up for each other, other people are there and we don't care," she said of her public support in an interview with Time.

"The inverse is that you have to go to great lengths to ensure that no one knows you're seeing someone. And we're really happy for one another."

Swift also had a message for NFL fans who were offended by her appearance at Arrowhead Stadium."I don't know how they know what suite I'm in," she explained to TIME.

"There's a camera, like, a half-mile away, and you don't know where it is, and you have no idea when the camera is putting you in the broadcast, so I don't know if I'm being shown 17 times or once.

"Swift has no say over how frequently she appears on primetime programs. "I'm just there to support Travis," she said again. "I have no awareness of if I'm being shown too much and pissing off a few dads, Brads, and Chads."
