Stephen A. Smith Has a Plan for President Biden's Replacement
Stephen A. Smith, who works for ESPN, is not afraid to discuss politics or any other topic, for that matter.
This week, the well-known ESPN personality made an appearance on the show hosted by Clay Travis.
While having a talk with the host of Outkick, Smith allowed himself to be open and honest about his opinions regarding the presidential election of 2024.Smith made it quite apparent that he is of the opinion that the nation requires a new president.
"Now, here's where I'm going: I am in no way saying that me, myself, supports this move, but what makes sense if you are a flaming liberal, what makes sense is that Biden bows out,
and [California Gov.] Gavin Newsom takes the mantle and runs for the presidency against . . . the Republican nominee," he explained to OutKick's Clay Travis.
"A new president is what we require. As of the year 2024, the individual will have reached the age of 82 years. This cannot be avoided in any manner. We have to put an end to this."
In addition, Smith stated that if all had gone according to plan, Kamala Harris would have been able to enter the race for president in the year 2024.
On the other hand, Smith feels that this is no longer a viable choice. In the meantime, Newsom has held the position of governor of California since the year 2019.
