Steelers pass rusher Alex Highsmith will miss the game due to an injury.

During the remainder of their game against the New England Patriots on Thursday night, the Pittsburgh Steelers will be without one of their most effective pass rushers.

Due to a neck injury, Alex Highsmith will not be participating in the event. It was during the first half of the game when he sustained the injury, 

and after being treated in the blue medical tent, he was transported to the locker room.Due to the fact that Highsmith and T.J. 

Watt have been probably the best pass-rushing tandem in the NFL this year, the Steelers have suffered a significant loss as a result of this.

Prior to this game, Highsmith had racked up a total of 47 tackles, 25 of which were solo, six sacks, two forced fumbles, and one interception.

It has been decided that Nick Herbig will take over for Highsmith for the remainder of the game.

As the second half of the game approaches, the Steelers are currently trailing by a score of 21-10 and are in risk of slipping to a record of 7-6.
