Steelers' Cam Heyward says it's time for serious change in Pittsburgh

When every game is crucial and there is only one game per week, it's natural to overreact to losses in the NFL.

But, as the saying goes, "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me."

Cam Heyward knows where the blame lies after back-to-back losses to inferior opponents,

and he's not afraid to make some difficult decisions, even if they include him:

"Either guys learn, or you've got to change who's in there," Heyward said after the game. "This includes myself.

If I can't execute, you have to fire me. That's just how the group operates. "That's how we've always done things. But I believe we have the men for the job.

In a short week, I believe it all comes down to execution. Thursday games are always decided by who can make the fewest mistakes. On Thursday nights, that is usually the team that wins."
