Joe Namath says he's had enough of Jets player Wilson and says, "Send him to Kansas City."

Joe Namath has never felt lower as a Jets fan.

In a Monday radio interview, the Hall of Fame quarterback who led the Jets to Super Bowl III admitted that the team's 1-2 start to the season is everyone's fault.

He, like many Jets fans, is frustrated with quarterback Zach Wilson.

"I guess you don't point your finger at any one guy, but as a fan I sure do — the guy that handles that ball and has to make decisions," Namath remarked on ESPN New York's "The Michael Kay Show" “He must be right most of the time. After observing Wilson for two years, I have no faith in him."

Wilson was not scheduled to start this year at quarterback. Because of his struggles after being picked second overall in 2021, the Jets acquired four-time league MVP Aaron Rodgers from the Green Bay Packers in the offseason.

Aaron Rodgers' turf injury ended his season. NFLPA wants grass fields.

Wilson took over the offense after Rodgers' season-ending Achilles tendon injury minutes into the opener. On Sept. 11, the Jets beat the Buffalo Bills 22-16 in overtime thanks to their defense and special teams, but Namath hailed Wilson's performance."Well done, Zach!"

Namath posted on social media after Wilson completed 14 of 21 passes for 140 yards with one touchdown and one interception. Short honeymoon.

"I don't trust him," Namath remarked Monday. I don't think he'll be a good player, and I think they selected him badly."
