boulder earns18000000$ from-deion sanders colorado home opener

Deion Sanders has immediately altered the culture of Colorado's football program.

Most people knew this before the season started. It is evident, though, after the Buffaloes needed only two games to reach their 2022 win total.

The presence of "Prime Time" has helped the city of Boulder as well, as the city reportedly made $18 million in income during the team's home opener.

The news was initially given by the Pro and College Football Hall of Famer when speaking with Gillie da King and Wallo267 of the "Million Dollaz Worth of Game" podcast

A Colorado representative told On3 Sports that the figure was an estimate, but that it was expected to be correct.

"Coach referenced an estimate from the Visit Boulder Convention and Visitors Bureau that predicted the economic effect of Saturday's

sold-out Nebraska game would be between $18 and $20 million.

"Room night occupancy and other measures will be filtering in over the following few weeks,

and we won't have a firm sense of the game's full-scale economic impact until all of that data is in.
