Lake Local Schools will again provide free shuttle service for football fans attending the Blue Streaks’ home football games. To avoid potentially congested parking near Lake High School and Stadium, fans may choose to park at the Hartville MarketPlace (1289 Edison St. NW, Hartville - See Map Below) and receive free bus shuttle service every five minutes to Blue Streak Stadium.

Lake opens it’s home football season on Friday, September 8th versus Copley. This will also be “Youth Football & Cheerleader Night” at Blue Streak Stadium. On Friday, September 15th, Lake will host Ashland; this game will be designated as “Sponsors Night”; many of the Blue Streaks’ “Platinum” sponsors will be recognized during the course of the evening. Other home football dates will be Friday, September 22nd vs. Jackson ("Homecoming"), Friday, October 6th vs. North Canton Hoover ("Senior Band Night"), Friday, October 13th vs. Perry (“Senior Fall Sport Athlete Night”).

The free shuttle will begin at 5:45 p.m. each Friday and continue through 7:15 p.m. with drop-off service to the Stadium. The shuttle will return fans to the parking lot throughout the second half of each game, up until 1 hour after the game.

Fans are also reminded that all Federal League team home kick-offs are now at 7:00 p.m. Additional information about the free shuttle service can be obtained by calling the Lake High School athletic office, (330) 877-4288.
